Terms of Service

By using No Idea, you agree to these terms. No Idea is a subscription software service that generates drafts based on your inputs. We don't guarantee any particular business or publishing outcome from using those drafts.

Account & access

You're responsible for the security of your account and email inbox. Don't share magic links or export links broadly. If we detect abuse or suspicious activity, we may suspend access to protect the system and other users.

Billing & cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless you cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Prices for new customers may change over time, but Founding Member pricing is grandfathered while your subscription stays active.

If we ever materially change these terms or pricing, we'll communicate that clearly in advance via email.

Content & responsibility

You own the drafts you generate and are responsible for how you publish and use them. No Idea and its creator are not liable for any consequences of publishing AI-assisted content, including factual errors or opinions expressed.

Service changes

This is a solo-founder product. We may change features, models, or infrastructure over time to keep the service sustainable. If we ever shut the service down, we'll do our best to give reasonable notice and a way to export your drafts.
