Data we store

We store your account details (email, billing status), Readwise highlights that are synced into the system, Original Ideas and notes you add, and the drafts we generate for you. We also store basic events and logs to monitor system health and usage.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted third parties to run the product: Supabase for database and auth, Stripe for billing, Postmark for email, Readwise for highlights, and LLM providers (currently Gemini and OpenAI) for draft generation and embeddings.

Your content may be processed by these providers strictly for the purpose of delivering the service. We aim to use configurations that prevent your data from being used to train public models wherever that's supported.

How we use your data

We use your notes, highlights, and past drafts to generate new drafts that better match your voice and interests. Internally, we may review anonymized or redacted snippets to debug issues and improve prompts, but we don't sell your data or share raw content with advertisers.

Retention & deletion

You can delete individual Original Ideas and drafts from the app. If you close your account, we will remove your user record and associated content from our primary database within a reasonable timeframe, subject to backups and legal obligations.
